We wanted the website to build trust before the first contact with sales. The team proposed a thoughtful structure, modern design, and solutions that help buyers find answers quickly.

About the project

Grand Park is a low-rise development in Brovary with 700 apartments. Buyers ask recurring questions: what is completed, what is under construction, how much it costs, and when they can move in. We built the website around those questions.

01Plan

Every choice starts with the location.

So the wireframes start there too: the place first, then the buildings and the apartments.

02Show

A lake, a forest, and Kyiv 20 minutes away.

The atmosphere section uses real on-site photography, so buyers see the place before they visit.
