When you send a brief, we ask for your name, email and business name. These three fields are required so we can answer your inquiry. You may also provide your current website, industry, message, budget, preferred timing, content and materials status, service selection and a checkbox requesting a free homepage preview. These additional fields are optional.

When you request a consultation by email, we receive the information you include in that email. The website currently uses no scheduling embed, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting service may process technical request information such as IP address, request time and browser information to serve and secure the site. The form uses a private rate-limit record derived from your IP address; it is not used for marketing.

We use inquiry information to reply, understand your requirements and prepare a fixed quote and scope. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, where that basis applies.

We use technical security information to run, protect and fix the website, based on our legitimate interest in a working, safe site. We do not sell your personal data or use your brief to enroll you in a marketing sequence.

Inquiries are delivered to hello@voute.digital through the hosting email service and to a private Telegram destination through a Telegram bot, so the team can process and answer them. Hosting and email providers: available on request at hello@voute.digital. The website is prepared for Apache/PHP hosting; the production provider has not yet been confirmed.

Access is limited to people and providers who need the information to run the site and respond to your inquiry. Telegram and email services may process data outside your country. International transfer arrangements and any required EU or UK safeguards: available on request at hello@voute.digital.

Inquiries and related correspondence are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a project or a legal obligation requires longer. Private form configuration and rate-limit records are stored outside the public website directory. Access controls and HTTPS are required before launch. Rate limiting considers the previous 15 minutes of form attempts. The age of inactive rate-limit files, delivery-status records and backups is governed by the private retention process: available on request at hello@voute.digital.

Where applicable, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, limit or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. You may withdraw any consent on which processing relies without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to a data protection authority.
