These terms cover your use of this website. Website projects, Website Care, Digital Marketing and the homepage-preview pilot are governed by a separate agreement and scope with each client. Sending a brief or requesting a consultation does not create an order or a contract. There is no payment or commitment at the inquiry stage.

The website presents Business Website at $1,500, Business Plus at $2,500 and Custom Website from $7,500, subject to requirements review. Website Care starts at $99 per month. Google or Meta management is $750 per month per channel, or $1,350 per month for both. Setup is $500 per channel. Advertising spend is separate and paid to the platform. Final scope, payment schedule, timing, responsibilities, changes and ownership are set out in the client agreement.

A free homepage preview is a pilot for complete briefs with limited spots each week. A request does not guarantee a spot. Concept and Sample labels identify illustrative material and remain part of its description.

Text, design and code on this site belong to their respective rights holders, including TRESOR and its licensors. Client trademarks belong to their owners. You can share links to our pages. Rights to work delivered for a client are defined in that client's agreement.

Do not use the site for unlawful activity. Do not try to break into, overload or disrupt it. Do not copy large parts of the site or scrape it in a way that harms it. Do not send spam or misleading information through the form.

We link to other websites that we do not control. Their operators are responsible for their content and practices. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data, including inquiries processed through email and Telegram.

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but cannot guarantee it is always online or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
